About the Role

Relationship Talks With Vikkie Academy Ltd is a purpose-driven organisation focused on relationships, personal growth, coaching, and education. We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager / Digital Marketer who can think strategically, create content, and execute digital marketing activities that grow brand visibility and engagement.

This role is best suited for someone who understands branding deeply, can manage digital platforms confidently, and is hands-on with content creation and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

•
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and digital presence

•
Create and manage content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

•
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals

•
Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency

•
Collaborate with leadership on launches, campaigns, and growth strategy

•
Analyse content and engagement performance and suggest improvements

•
Support content scheduling and platform optimisation

Requirements

•
Proven experience in brand management and/or digital marketing

Ability to create content (captions, posts, basic creatives – Canva preferred)

•
Strong understanding of social media and digital branding

•
Reliable, organised, and deadline-driven

Compensation

•
₦50,000 per month

•
Paid monthly

•
