Requirements:
- A minimum of 10-15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Master’s degree in architecture.
- Professional licensure or registration (member of NIA and registered with Architects Registration Council of Nigeria, PMP Project management certificate, and certified in course planning and others)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other design tools.
- Strong presentation skills are essential, as you will be asked to liaise with clients from time to time.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse architectural projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in architecture firms such as Adeniyi Coker Consultants Limited (ACCL), James Cubit, Femi Majekodunmi Associates (FMA) Architects Limited, Interstate Architects Ltd, Godwin Austen Johnson (GAJ) Ltd, etc.
Remuneration: NGN700,000 - 1,200,000 Monthly Gross (but still very much negotiable)
