Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
• Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using 3Dmax, Lumion, and Revit
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative design solutions
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Mentor and guide junior architects and team members
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Architecture.
  
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design
• Strong proficiency in 3Dmax, Lumion, and Revit software
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex architectural projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams
• Ability to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations
• Experience in sustainable design and green building practices is a plus

Location: 

• Work location is strictly in person in Enugu
• Must be available to attend the interview in person in Enugu
