Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Generate new business and develop relationships with contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, project managers, and other key clients.
• Identify and follow major construction and real-estate projects across Lagos.
• Manage, coach, and grow the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Requirements:

• HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ sales management experience, preferably in building materials, marble, tiles, construction, real estate, or luxury interiors.
• Proven and measurable record of sales growth and new business acquisition.
• Strong existing network among contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, and project managers.
• Proven experience managing and developing a sales team.
• Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Lagos construction and real estate market.
• Highly target-driven, proactive, commercially minded, and results-oriented.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and be willing to travel extensively across Lagos.
• Strong references from previous employers will be an advantage.                                                               

Location: Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 – 700,000 monthly
