Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including tax and other regulatory remittances.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance while providing management with actionable insights.
- Supervise daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ICAN qualification is compulsory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is compulsory.
- Minimum of 4 years' relevant accounting experience, preferably in the retail, pharmacy, or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting standards.
