Security Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel and daily operations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Maintain security logs and reports
• Train and evaluate security personnel
• Monitor staff attendance, deployment, appearance, discipline, and performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, security checks, and ensure surveillance coverage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns promptly.
• Prepare accurate daily, incident, and operational reports.
• Liaise professionally with clients, security personnel, and management.
• Identify security risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
• Conduct briefings, toolbox talks, and operational instructions for personnel.
• Ensure all assigned posts are adequately staffed and effectively managed.

Requirements:

• HND in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant professional security experience or certifications will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in security operations or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Good knowledge of security procedures and operational protocols.
• Must be physically fit, disciplined, reliable, and professional.
• Experience in a private security company or corporate security environment is an advantage.
