Security Officer

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises, including checking IDs, visitor logs, and authorizations.
• Patrol the facility regularly to detect and prevent suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
• Ensure the safety of personnel, property, and equipment at all times.
• Collaborate with management and other security staff to develop and implement security protocols.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security services, preferably in corporate or commercial settings.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, emergency response, and security equipment.
• Physically fit, alert, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Proximity is a must – candidates living near Berger, Ogba, Akute, Omole Phase 2, Ketu, OPIC, Wawa, Ajuwon, Olowoira, Magodo, Isheri, and surrounding areas will be prioritized.
• Immediate availability to start work.

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 120,000 based on experience
