Responsibilities:

Protect the company's premises, guests, employees, visitors, and assets from theft, vandalism, and other security threats.
Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorised persons gain access to the premises.
Conduct routine patrols of the facility, including guest areas, parking areas, offices, and other designated locations.
Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and other security equipment where applicable.
Inspect doors, gates, windows, locks, and security systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
Respond promptly to emergencies, accidents, disturbances, fire alarms, medical incidents, and security breaches.
Prepare detailed incident, accident, and daily security reports.
Investigate suspicious activities and promptly report findings to management.
Enforce company security policies, procedures, and access control measures.
Assist in crowd control during events and peak operational periods.
Escort staff, guests, contractors, or valuable items when necessary.
Screen visitors, vendors, and contractors entering the premises.
Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle movement records.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and regulatory authorities when required.
Promote safety awareness among staff and guests.
Ensure security equipment and communication devices remain functional and report faults promptly.
Maintain a professional appearance and a courteous attitude while interacting with guests and visitors.
Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.
