Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Security Guard based in Agege. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring physical and personnel security, monitoring premises and property to prevent unauthorized access or activities, and maintaining a visible presence to deter security threats. Additional responsibilities include reporting security incidents, assisting visitors, and delivering professional customer service to foster a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Physical Security and Personnel Security practices
• Demonstrated expertise in Private Security operations
• Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining professional relationships
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and conflict resolution
• Ability to remain vigilant and respond promptly to potential security issues
• Previous experience in a security guard role is an advantage
• A valid security license and training certifications (where applicable)
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods
