Field Operations Manager

• Supervise and coordinate the RSMs, ensuring each region meets performance targets
• Oversee guard deployment, rosters, shift handovers, and relief cover across all sites
• Carry out regular site visits and audits (guard turnout, post orders, appearance, equipment, service quality)
• Ensure every service in the field is delivered in line with client SLAs
• Respond to, investigate, and escalate incidents, and report to management and clients
• Act as escalation point for client concerns and join client review meetings
• Review RSM reports and produce consolidated weekly and monthly operations reports
• Work with HR, training and the control room on recruitment, discipline, welfare and refresher training
• Support onboarding of new sites: risk assessments, post orders and deployment plans

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and people management
• Minimum B.Sc. or HND; 4+ years in security operations, with at least 3 years managing supervisors or managers across multiple sites
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites
• Multi-site coordination and rostering
• Incident management and crisis handling
• Clear report writing and proficiency in Excel, Word, and email
• Professional client communication
• Good judgment under pressure
• High integrity and a firm but fair approach to discipline
• Working knowledge of private guard regulations in Nigeria (e.g., NSCDC)
