Security Coordinator
Job summary
The security coordinator is expected to source for guards as needed, onboard them at specific locations, and ensure continuous monitoring and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conducting risk assessments
- Recruitment and deployment of guards
- On-site training and onboarding of guards
- Perform site patrols to identify threats
- Maintain daily security logs and produce regular status reports to management
- Interact with clients on security matters
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and escalation procedures
- Ensuring compliance with protocols
- Swift resolution of complaints, etc.
Requirements:
- Min. SSCE, OND, HND holders
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations or related field
- Strong leadership, reporting skills, and the ability to handle emergencies
- Prior experience in the military or paramilitary will be an advantage
