We seek to hire a secretary responsible for welcoming customers, customer enquiries, secretarial jobs, and office duties.
- Minimum Qualification: OND
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 2 years
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Make travel arrangements
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
- Excellent use of Computer.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications
- Competent writing and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
- Candidate must be able to organize the office and keep the office work going
