Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • ‎Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • ‎Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems.
  • ‎Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
  • ‎Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as required.
  • ‎Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • ‎Support logistics and operations teams with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • ‎Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
  • ‎Assist in maintaining accurate operational records and preparing routine reports.
  • ‎Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • ‎Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

‎Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • ‎1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • ‎Experience within the logistics, transportation, or related industry is an added advantage.
  • ‎Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • ‎Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • ‎Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • ‎High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • ‎Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
