Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to management
- Manage official correspondence, emails, records, and documentation
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and exit processes
- Track staff attendance, leave schedules, and welfare matters
- Assist with HR operations, payroll preparation, and compliance
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees
- Support general office administration and reporting tasks
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR administration or secretarial roles
- Strong understanding of HR processes, office management, and administrative procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
