Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain and update accurate records of applications, correspondence, and other office documents.
- Coordinate communication between students, parents, and educational partners to provide updates on application status.
- Collaborate with university partners to resolve application-related queries.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the related field
- Previous administrative, secretarial, or admissions processing experience is preferred.
- Strong data entry and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
