Job summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily office operations. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare, type, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Organise and maintain filing systems (both electronic and paper-based).
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Liaise with staff, clients, and external partners on behalf of management.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in organising company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
