FMR Agency is seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to the management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communication, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the management team (emails, calls, and official documents).
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper documentation flow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Educational Qualification
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Experience in an administrative or secretarial role is an added advantage.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
