- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, telephone calls, and official correspondence.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and other logistics when required.
- Safeguard confidential company information and ensure proper handling of sensitive documents.
- Monitor task completion, follow up on deadlines, and assist in coordinating departmental activities.
- Support the smooth running of daily office operations to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office administration software.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
