General Manager
Job summary
We are seeking to hire a seasoned General Manager to lead and scale its operations across ISP services, IoT solutions, surveillance systems, IT infrastructure, network integration, and clean energy–enabled technology platforms. This role requires a technically strong, business-savvy leader who can manage people, systems, finances, etc.

- Provide overall leadership and direction for all business units: ISP, IoT, surveillance, IT systems integration, and related technology services
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals
- Drive profitability, scalability, and operational efficiency across all departments
- Represent the company in high-level client, partner, and regulatory engagements
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of:
- Wireless networks (PTP, PTMP, last-mile, backhaul)
- Fiber optic networks (FTTx, metro fiber, backbone)
- VSAT and satellite connectivity solutions
- IoT platforms, surveillance systems, and integrated monitoring solutions
- Ensure high network availability, redundancy, security, and performance
- Approve technical architectures, equipment selection, and vendor strategies
- Lead troubleshooting and escalation for critical technical or service issues
- Full responsibility for P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Oversight of billing systems, revenue assurance, and cash-flow management
- Supervise accounting, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners
- Ensure pricing strategies remain competitive while protecting margins
- Lead, mentor, and manage technical, commercial, and administrative teams
- Full authority over recruitment, performance management, promotions, and terminations
- Establish KPIs, performance reviews, and accountability structures
- Build a strong company culture focused on discipline, quality, and execution
- Resolve internal conflicts and ensure smooth cross-department collaboration
- Support business development and enterprise sales efforts
- Maintain strong relationships with key corporate and government clients
- Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and contractual obligations
- Identify new markets, services, and technology opportunities
- Oversee customer support and ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with telecom, IT, and data regulations
- Implement internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Manage operational, financial, and technical risks
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards are enforced
