Job summary
The Subject Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English, assessing student performance, and fostering a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and character development.

Responsibilities:
- Teach Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English in line with the approved curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and instructional materials.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents on students' academic progress when required.
- Perform other teaching-related duties assigned by the school management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant discipline (B.Ed., B.Sc./B.A. with PGDE).
- A minimum of 2-3 years teaching experience in a secondary school.
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is an added advantage.
Skills and Competences:
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Good lesson planning and assessment skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic educational technology.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
Location: Applicants must live within the Egbe Idimu, Ikotun, Egbeda, Ejigbo, Igando, or Alimosho axis.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 100,000 Monthly
