Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily therapeutic and emotional support to children with special needs.
- Work closely with teachers to support learning and behavior plans.
- Assist children with communication, social, and life skills.
- Observe, document progress, and report concerns appropriately.
- Create a safe, calm, and supportive environment for every child.
- Communicate professionally with parents and school management
Requirements:
- Background in psychology, education, health, social work, or related field (an advantage)
- Experience with children or special needs is a plus, but attitude matters most.
- Strong empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence
- Genuine love for working with children with special needs
- High sense of responsibility, reliability, and integrity
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow professional guidance
- Closeness to Proximity is vital
