The Education Programs & School Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, and strategic management of the organization’s education programs and school operations nationwide. The role requires a strong background in education, frequent engagement with school administrators, partners, and other key stakeholders

Responsibilities:
School Operations & Oversight
- Oversee the daily operations and academic activities of Stanbic Kids School.
- Ensure compliance with approved educational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular school visits to assess performance, facilities, and learning outcomes.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to management.
- Ensure uniformity in service delivery across all Stanbic Kids School locations nationwide.
Stakeholder Engagement & PTA Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization, school management, parents, and teachers.
- Attend and actively participate in PTA meetings, providing feedback and strategic input.
- Address concerns raised by parents and school administrators in a timely and professional manner.
- Support school leadership in implementing agreed action plans from PTA engagements.
Requirements:
- Degree
- 3-5 years experience
