Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work across the school to advise students on academic and career paths.
- Provide individual and group counselling for students at risk.
- Lead conflict resolution efforts and promote positive relationships among students.
- Monitor and report on student wellbeing to the school administration.
- Support students’ personal and academic growth up to graduation.
- Foster a culture of maturity, empathy, and respect within the student body.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Guidance & Counselling, Psychology, or a related field (Certification in Guidance & Counselling is required).
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, mediation, and communication skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and professionalism
Location: Gudu
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Monthly
