Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a SAP ABAP Developer. The primary responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, and maintaining application programs and interfaces developed using ABAP. The SAP ABAP Developer will collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and develop technical solutions. Additionally, the role involves participation in code reviews, debugging, and system performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and related tools and techniques
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general programming principles
- Experience working with IDoc and BAPI for interfacing and integrating SAP solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience working in remote and collaborative development environments is a plus
