Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff.
- Create staff schedules and manage time-off requests.
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional service.
Customer Service:
- Ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Promote salon services, spa treatments, and products through various channels.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage daily cash flow, budgets, and financial records.
- Handle sales transactions and monitor inventory.
Operations Management:
- Maintain salon cleanliness and a safe working environment.
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of salon equipment.
Booking and Scheduling:
- Manage appointments efficiently to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate schedules to minimize client wait times.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in salon management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of marketing and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Microsoft office proficient
Work Schedule: Monday to sunday, with one day off between Monday and Thursday.
