Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson based in Lagos. The Salesperson will actively engage in identifying leads, building relationships with prospective clients, demonstrating products, and closing sales. Responsibilities also include managing client communications, maintaining long-term relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. Some tasks may be performed remotely, offering a flexible work environment.


Remuneration is composite - Base + Commission and are determined based on both activity and performance KPIs.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and consumer needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with software or technology solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
