Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the company's sales and marketing activities, drive revenue growth, and increase market share. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to maximize performance
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales and marketing reports
  • Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure team accountability
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
  • Represent the company at meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and business engagements


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
