Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, and customer relationship management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
