Role Description The Sales/Marketing Intern (Ikorodu) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. This intern will support daily sales and marketing activities, including engaging prospective learners, responding to inquiries, and providing basic information about programs and course offerings. The role involves assisting with customer outreach, follow-ups, and on-site consultations, as well as supporting promotional campaigns, events, and community engagements in and around Ikorodu. The intern will help maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions, support basic customer service tasks, and collaborate with the training and marketing teams to improve enrollment processes. This position is ideal for someone interested in building foundational experience in sales, marketing, and education-focused services.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospective learners and provide clear, helpful information.
• Interest or foundational experience in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation, follow-up, and enrollment processes.
• Ability to learn quickly, receive and apply feedback, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts (online and offline), with an interest in education or digital skills training.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or training program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Lagos (Ikorodu axis) with a willingness to engage with walk-in prospects and local communities.
