Job summary
We are seeking a Sales / Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, converting inquiries into confirmed orders, and ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience that aligns with our brand standards.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and walk-in customers.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales/orders.
- Provide accurate product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and potential leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Experience in food, retail, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales ability and closing skills.
- Customer-focused with a warm and professional approach.
- Good product presentation and persuasion skills.
- Close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic digital skills, including WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and CRM tools (Zoho CRM is an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
