Job Description/Requirements


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the competition.


  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 5 years of working experience
