Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from potential and current customers seeking to purchase website hosting, web design, search engine optimization, and other services.
- Resolving sales inquiries and payment-related concerns, as well as assisting customers in managing their account information, especially when they encounter issues, they cannot fix themselves.
- You will work directly with customers via telephone and email to troubleshoot quotes, invoices, and payments for products to facilitate the activation/renewal of new products and/or services
- When customers reach out with challenges, you will apply your sales and marketing expertise to recommend the best possible solutions.
- You will have the support of your peers, supervisors, resource pages, and more to aid you in the process.
- Your goal is to ensure that the customer has a positive experience with the product/service
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing multiple screens and assignments without losing focus.
- Attention to detail to ensure customers have the best experience possible while meeting departmental goals.
- Reliability to work assigned shifts and complete work as expected
- Experiences in the areas of Sales/Billing support and customer service
- Capacity to quickly understand and adapt to various web hosting technologies (knowledge of marketing tools, computers, or online banking systems is an added advantage).
- Intrinsic motivation to put in 110%+ to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
