Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective clients and understand their recruitment needs
- Build strong candidate pipelines and manage interviews from start to finish
- Present top talent to clients with confidence and insight
- Sell opportunities persuasively to candidates
- Negotiate offers that satisfy all parties
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver on performance targets
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree (2:2 or above)
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or any client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and engaging
- A competitive mindset and strong personal drive
- The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay composed under pressure
- A positive attitude and the confidence to speak with senior executives
- The resilience to handle objections—and the tact to push back when needed
- Proactive, people-oriented, and ready to learn fast.
- A strong work ethic and the motivation to earn beyond your basic salary
