Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Promote and sell cakes, pastries, and catering services to individual and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new markets and customer needs to expand business reach.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle key customer enquiries, provide accurate product information, and process orders when necessary.
• Work closely with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and team performance reports.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Proximity to the company's location (Wawa, OPIc, Berger, Akute, Olowoira, Alagbole, Ketu, and Magodo) is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a sales rep, preferably in the FMCG, confectionery, or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office and CRM software are a plus).
