Sales Supervisor
Job summary
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves promoting the company’s products (cakes, pastries, and catering services), supervising sales activities, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Promote and sell cakes, pastries, and catering services to individual and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new markets and customer needs to expand business reach.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Handle key customer enquiries, provide accurate product information, and process orders when necessary.
- Work closely with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and team performance reports.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proximity to the company's location (Wawa, Opic, Berger, Akute, Olowoira, Alagbole, Ketu, Magodo) is an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a sales rep, preferably in the FMCG, confectionery, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office and CRM software are a plus).
