Job summary
We are seeking a responsible Sales Supervisor for overseeing daily sales activities, supporting the team in achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. This role is highly execution-driven, with a focus on lead generation, conversion, and smooth coordination of sales operations.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage consistent patronage and referrals.
- Supervise day-to-day sales and customer service activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate order handling, distribution, and customer engagement processes.
- Monitor local market trends and provide feedback on opportunities or challenges.
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and recommend practical corrective actions.
- Promptly address customer concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Support efforts to build the company’s presence and reputation across assigned outlet(s).
- Research potential clients and markets (including online and social platforms) to uncover new opportunities.
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and visits to build rapport and schedule meetings.
- Support the execution of marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with sales activities.
- Represent the company at relevant meetings, events, and networking opportunities when required.
- Prepare basic sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
- Keep clients informed about product updates, offerings, and company developments.
- Develop and share quotes and proposals in line with approved pricing and guidelines.
- Support negotiations with clients to close deals within approved limits.
- Track progress against assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Provide weekly updates on sales activities, progress, and key milestones.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND
