Job summary

We are seeking a responsible Sales Supervisor for overseeing daily sales activities, supporting the team in achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. This role is highly execution-driven, with a focus on lead generation, conversion, and smooth coordination of sales operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage consistent patronage and referrals.
  • Supervise day-to-day sales and customer service activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate order handling, distribution, and customer engagement processes.
  • Monitor local market trends and provide feedback on opportunities or challenges.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the team and recommend practical corrective actions.
  • Promptly address customer concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Support efforts to build the company’s presence and reputation across assigned outlet(s).  
  • Research potential clients and markets (including online and social platforms) to uncover new opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and visits to build rapport and schedule meetings.
  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with sales activities.
  • Represent the company at relevant meetings, events, and networking opportunities when required.
  • Prepare basic sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
  • Keep clients informed about product updates, offerings, and company developments.
  • Develop and share quotes and proposals in line with approved pricing and guidelines.
  • Support negotiations with clients to close deals within approved limits.
  • Track progress against assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Provide weekly updates on sales activities, progress, and key milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and operational guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Minimum of an HND
