The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving direct sales execution, expanding product availability, and increasing market penetration across retail and distribution channels. This role demands someone with a strong understanding of distributive trade, retail, and wholesale operations.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across retail, wholesale, and distributive trade channels within assigned territories.
- Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors to increase the product's market reach.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that products are consistently available across all assigned territories and sales channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance regularly to the Sales Manager, ensuring goals and targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- Hands-on sales experience in distributive trade, retail, wholesale, or modern trade, preferably in the consumer goods or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively to meet goals.
- Must know how to drive, with access to reliable transportation for fieldwork.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Net (Salary will be reviewed after 6 months)
Location: Lagos (Must reside within Amuwo Odofin or nearby areas)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (Hybrid, mostly in the field)
