Sales Specialist
Job summary
We are seeking a results-oriented sales specialist to drive sales of medical equipment and healthcare solutions. the successful candidate will manage key clients accounts, expand market presence and achieve revenue targets by engaging hospitals, clinics, laboratories and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell medical equipment and related healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and negotiations with healthcare decision-makers.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations and contracts in line with company policies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Coordinate with technical, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, biomedical sciences or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience in medical equipment or healthcare-related products.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, hospital procurement processes and medical equipment sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required.
