Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in modern trade sales within the FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of the customer base in the relevant cities (Benin, Lagos, Abuja, Bauchi, Sokoto, Adamawa, Yobe and Kwara)
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to bring in established customer relationships and convert leads into regular orders
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
