The Field Sales Representative is responsible for visiting suppliers in local markets, educating them about AdsBarter, helping them register their business, and getting them successfully onboarded. This role includes a base salary plus commission for every supplier you sign up.

- Visit markets, shops, and suppliers

Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to walk around markets and engage business owners.
- Previous field sales or face-to-face selling experience is an advantage.
- Must be confident, persuasive, and able to explain things clearly.
- Ability to use a smartphone to register suppliers on the platform.
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces is a plus.
