Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and follow-up sales calls.
- Keeping accurate sales records and hitting weekly/monthly targets.
- Conduct sales conversations via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts to drive repeat orders and upsell opportunities.
- Close sales in line with approved pricing.
Requirements:
- Applicants must have an OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sciences, or a related field.
- 2- 4+ years' experience in Sales, preferably in healthcare, E-commerce products, FMCG, etc.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
Relationship-building and customer service orientation
Basic understanding of health/wellness products (training will be provided)
Ability to work with targets
KPIs and daily/weekly activity tracking
Integrity
discipline and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
