Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find new potential clients through cold calling, networking, online research, and trade shows.
- Product Presentations: Demonstrate how products or services solve customer problems and meet their specific needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Create price quotes, negotiate terms and contracts, and finalize sales transactions.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Track client interactions, record data in CRM systems, and maintain ongoing contact.
- After-Sales Support: Resolve customer complaints, handle returns, and ensure long-term satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- Market & Competitor Research: Track industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
- Goal Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas set by the company.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and logistics teams to fulfill orders and align on customer needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
Remuneration: NGN 70,000
