Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Upsell and cross-sell clothing items and accessories to increase sales
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly displayed, and organised
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and fitting rooms
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Participate in inventory counts and restocking when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
- Previous experience in retail sales or fashion is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in customer interactions
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
