Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders accurately, and process payments, while up-selling to increase revenue.
- Actively promote new products, daily specials, and menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Communicate order details effectively to the kitchen staff to ensure accuracy.
- Build rapport with regulars, handle complaints professionally, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health department regulations and safety standards.
- Perform routine tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and organizing the service area.
- Understand the menu in-depth and monitor competitor activities to provide feedback for improving sales, as described.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE.
- No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- All candidates must be physically fit, medically fit, neat, and courteous.
