Role Description
The Sales Representative for Lab Consumables is a full-time, on-site role located in Onitsha. The successful candidate will focus on driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, presenting product knowledge, conducting market research, and negotiating deals. The role also involves reaching sales targets, managing customer accounts, and providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong marketing and product presentation skills, particularly in the biotechnology or healthcare sector.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Knowledge of laboratory consumables, healthcare solutions, or related products is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare or biotechnology industry, is an added advantage.
- Must reside in or around Onitsha, with a willingness to travel for client visits and market exploration.
