Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard corporate clients, SMEs, and institutional buyers for Milsat’s tech products and services.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features, competitive advantages, ROI, and pricing structures.
• Nurture long-term partnerships with existing enterprise and retail clients to upsell services, manage cross-selling opportunities, and drive recurring revenue.
• Consistently meet and exceed set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue, account acquisition, and project lead targets.
• Monitor adoption trends, gather field feedback on client requirements, and track competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Maintain structured records of client outreach, sales pipeline stages, deal closures, and payment collection timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B direct sales, tech sales, software product marketing, or business development (experience in ICT, telecom, or SaaS solutions is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of business technology solutions, digital tools, and software services with the ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits for non-technical buyers.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong pitching, negotiation, and objection-handling capabilities.
• Goal-driven mindset with strong self-management abilities, resilience, and a proven track record of meeting quotas in a fast-paced environment.
