Sales Representative (Independent/Commission-Based)

About the Program
Kids Can Code is an intensive, beginner-friendly, 4-week virtual bootcamp running from August 1st to August 29th, 2026. We teach kids not just how to code, but how to think computationally and build real-world projects. Every participant completes the course by presenting a live capstone project.
Job Overview
We are looking for result-driven, passionate Sales Representatives to drive enrollment for our upcoming summer cohort. Your target audience will be parents and guardians looking for high-value, impactful summer activities for their children (ages 6–18). You can use online marketing, social media, community networking, or physical outreach to secure registrations.
Key Responsibilities
-Identify and engage parents, guardians, and PTA networks to promote the Kids Can Code program.
-Use digital tools (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) and/or physical networking to generate leads.
-Clearly communicate the value of the program, including the live capstone showcase and certification benefits.
-Guide interested parents through the registration and payment pipeline.
-Meet or exceed weekly enrollment targets.
Requirements
-Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or community mobilization (experience selling educational products is a massive plus).
-Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
-Access to a smartphone/laptop and stable internet.
