Role Description
The Sales Representative Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the growth of Afribiotech Lean Six Sigma Rotterdam’s training and certification programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting outreach via email, phone, and online platforms, and presenting training offerings to prospective attendees and corporate partners. The intern will assist in nurturing leads, scheduling and attending virtual meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Additional tasks include supporting digital marketing campaigns, preparing sales materials, gathering market insights, and collaborating with the training and operations teams to improve client engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

• Sales and client engagement skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building.
• Communication skills, such as clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and active listening.
• Basic marketing and digital outreach abilities, including familiarity with social media, email campaigns, and online research.
• Organizational and analytical skills, including time management, attention to detail, and comfort working with data and CRM tools.
• Interest in Lean Six Sigma, quality management, or professional training and certification is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with a dispersed team.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage for international outreach.
