Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Executive to promote and sell dental, orthodontic, and preventive-care products to dental professionals and clinics. The role focuses on aggressive sales execution, customer relationship management, clinic engagement, and business development within the dental industry.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and dental laboratories.
- Drive aggressive sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Promote preventive-care workflows and educate clinics on relevant dental products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer education sessions.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, customer inquiries, and pending orders to drive conversion.
- Maintain strong visibility within assigned territories and customer accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer buying patterns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, training, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, workshops, and industry events to represent the company and promote products.
- Ensure proper CRM updates, customer documentation, and activity tracking.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
