Job summary

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and contact potential customers through calls, visits, or online channels
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to improve sales strategies


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is often preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office)
  • Confidence and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (if required)
  • Knowledge of the product or industry is an added advantage
