Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative focused on African Healthcare Solutions. Based in Lagos, the role involves a mix of in-office responsibilities and remote work flexibility. The Sales Representative will manage relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities across Africa, generate leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include driving sales performance, fostering long-term partnerships, and contributing to business growth within the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to actively engage with clients and address their needs effectively
• Expertise in Account Management and Sales to build and maintain relationships and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in Business Development to identify and pursue new opportunities in the market
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to develop tailored solutions for clients
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales, particularly within the healthcare industry, is an advantage
