Job summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting IfeanHealth’s services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on building strong relationships with medical institutions, generating referrals, expanding the organization’s client base, and increasing awareness of IfeanHealth’s healthcare solutions.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to introduce and promote IfeanHealth services.
  • Identify potential referral partners and develop relationships with healthcare professionals and administrators.
  • Generate new client leads and convert them into active users of IfeanHealth services.
  • Meet assigned targets for new partnerships and client acquisition.



Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, doctors, and administrative teams.
  • Follow up with existing partners to ensure continued collaboration and referrals.
  • Serve as the key liaison between IfeanHealth and partner healthcare institutions.



Service Promotion & Awareness:

  • Educate healthcare providers about IfeanHealth’s services and value proposition.
  • Distribute marketing materials and present service offerings to potential partners.
  • Represent IfeanHealth professionally during meetings, hospital visits, and healthcare events.



Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Gather feedback from hospitals and partners regarding services and patient needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide management insights.
  • Submit regular reports on visits, leads generated, partnerships established, and sales performance.


Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with operations and management to ensure smooth onboarding of referred clients.
  • Communicate partner feedback and service improvement opportunities to management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Minimum of a BSc.
